About My Original Patterns – Hibiscus, Rose & the Language of Movement

 

In my original patterns, I feel most at home with floral motifs — especially hibiscus, rose and plums. These forms allow me to focus on what matters most in my painting process: movement.

The movement of petals touched by the wind, the softness of the lines, the natural rhythm within the composition. When I create, I don’t think only about the flower itself, but about the energy flowing through it. It is this subtle dynamism that gives my patterns their lightness and organic character.

I consciously work with a simplified, carefully curated color palette. A limited range of tones allows me to maintain harmony and clarity in the composition, while also making the designs highly adaptable — easy to adjust to a client’s needs, a seasonal collection, or a specific interior concept.

Each project begins with hand-painted elements, created with attention and stillness. This process preserves authenticity — something that cannot be replicated digitally from the start.

For me, hibiscus and rose are not merely decorative motifs. They are a creative space where I can fully express my aesthetic: naturalistic, soft, and attentive to rhythm and color.
