Spring Summer fashion trends 2026

In today’s fashion trends, I am most drawn to those connected to emotion and the atmosphere created through color. I see in them something that has long appeared intuitively in my own patterns and paintings.

The deep red of hibiscus flowers — a color of passion, energy, and femininity — is returning in many contemporary fashion collections. It appears both in romantic inspirations drawn from nineteenth-century England and in more dynamic aesthetics influenced by Formula 1 racing. I find this shade reflected in my own work, especially in large painterly florals that create an intense and emotional mood within the composition.

Another important direction for me is white. In a world overwhelmed by constant stimulation, white becomes a space for breathing, light, and balance. In fashion, it appears as a symbol of simplicity and calm, but also as a way to emphasize shape and color. In my patterns, white often accompanies stronger tones — allowing them to breathe while bringing softness and harmony to the overall design.

I am also inspired by warm yellows and oranges, colors that increasingly return in fashion as symbols of activity, optimism, and vitality. In my work, these shades appear mainly through floral motifs — sometimes as delicate accents, sometimes as the central focus of a print. I especially enjoy combining them with white, which keeps even vivid colors feeling fresh and airy.

Blue is another color that strongly resonates with me this season. From soft sky tones to luminous cerulean and cobalt shades, blue has returned in fashion as a symbol of tranquility, light, and emotional clarity. It evokes water, open skies, and spaciousness while still carrying elegance and depth.

In my own work, this feeling appears particularly in my cornflower motifs. Their cool, radiant blues bring calmness and lightness into the composition. I like pairing them with white backgrounds that allow the color to fully unfold, giving the patterns a more ethereal and poetic character.
